~Perfect Couple~

A week had gone by since Kim and Shego had taken Reyna in. They had finally chosen a name for the girl, and when they had discussed it with her, she agreed happily. Kim had been teaching Reyna to speak correctly, and she was a quick learner at it. The hero thought that maybe when she'll be able to speak fully, she could ask Reyna if she remembered where or who her parents are. Wade had done a search on her parents also, but no luck yet. It was proving a difficult search with not many clues.

Kim and Shego had decided that it would be safer for Reyna to stay with the hero. Since Shego was still a wanted criminal. Kim had urged her to quit her doings, but the green villain would keep refusing. Usually whenever that subject was brought up, that would start a fight between the two. Reyna would run up to her room and shut the doors to block out the argument. She hated to see them fight. The girl no longer interfered after what happened the first time, but her cut did heal and she was able to remove the bandage.

"Okay kid," Shego started, holding up two DVD cases. "We can either watch 'Telebuddies', or 'Cuddle buddies'." She groaned in disgust. She couldn't believe Kim was still into cuddle buddies and that they actually made a movie out of the awkwardly mixed animals.

"I'm going with Telebudies, Rey." She told the girl who pouted and pointed to the Cuddle Buddies.

She sagged into the couch they were sitting in. Truth be told she didn't want to watch either one, but Telebuddies were less annoying than those twisted animals.

"Come on you've watched this like ten times!" Shego exclaimed. She couldn't believe she was actually arguing with a child over two kiddie movies.

Reyna frowned and crossed her arms over her chest. "Don't get an attitude with me young girl!" The villain scolded. Then she saw that Reyna's frown disappeared, then turned into a mischievous smirk. A smirk that was like her's.

"Hey! And no stealing my smirk! Its mine!" Whenever Reyna would smirk like that, it would only mean one thing...

Shego's glare softened, she tried to fight against it but couldn't. Reyna was using the puppy dog pout. Man...Kimmie and I are rubbing off her. She's using my smirk and Kim's pout! Shego sighed and grumbled. "Fine, we'll watch Cuddle Buddies Adventures."

The green villain slid off the couch and onto the floor in front of the DVD player. She pushed the open button, and placed the DVD on the tray before closing it and playing the movie. She rejoined the girl who was grinning.

"You've been hanging around Princess too much. So we gotta toughen you up." Shego told her and playfully punched the girl.

"Kay." Reyna replied, never taking her eyes off the movie.

Suddenly the doorbell rang. Shego made no move to get up and answer it. She was feeling too lazy today.

Ring! Ring!

There was a groan and footsteps, she grinned like a mad man as Kim strode to the door. "Yeah, thanks Shego for getting the door."

Shego put her hand up and continued to grin, even though Kim couldn't see it. "No prob Kimmie."

Ring! Ring!

"Coming!" Kim yelled and finally reached the door of her home. She unlocked the door and opened it, her jaw dropping of the site of her visitor before make a squeal.

"Surprise GF!"

"Monique!" Kim yelled and grabbed her best friend into a bear hug. When the two had finally let go of each other, Kim couldn't stop smiling. She hadn't seen Monique for a year, because of her job. She designed clothes and traveled the world a lot, but they managed to talk to each other on the phone time to time.

"What are you doing here?" Kim asked.

"Well this time my job needs me here in Middleton. I'm so glad that I'm finally home! MYSM!"(1)

"I'm glad you're back too." Kim smiled, she really missed her best friend.

"Omg girl!" Monique exclaimed. Her eyes sparkled as she looked past Kim and let a smile appear on her face. "You had a kid? She's so cute!" The fashionista went to pick up the girl who was standing in the door way, curiously looking at the visitor.

"Um, well, she's..." Kim started.

"So who's the father?" Monique asked as she turned around to Kim who closed the door.

"That would be me." A voice said behind the African. Monique turned around and was met with a grinning green woman.

"Omg Kim!" She said, turning back to her long time friend. "You didn't tell me? Smh!"(2)

Kim guided Monique further into the room so they wouldn't have to stand in the door entrance while having their conversation. She stood next to Shego and tried to explain again. Then she felt an arm snake around her waist, and was pulled against Shego, who had that smirk of her's.

"That's right. Kimmie and I are a couple. Isn't that right hon?" She winked at Kim who turned bright red.

Monique grinned and held Reyna up in the air. "I can't believe I'm an aunt! I am so gonna spoil you girl!" She set the girl down on the floor who ran back to the couch to finish watching the movie. "You look familiar though." She said to Shego, rubbing her chin in thought as she stared at Shego.

She squinted at Shego, and then beamed. "That's right! You're that girl in that picture Kim had in her locker in high school!"

"Oh really?" Shego said, her smirk grew wider, and Kim grew brighter. "I had no clue you were crushing on me in your high school years Princess."

"Yup, she talked about you too. Then again, I remembered she mentioned you two fought a lot. But everything seems fine now by the looks of it."

"Oh everything is perfect." Shego said huskily. She leaned near Kim's ear and purred. "How 'bout I go make you guys some coffee?"

Kim's face grew brighter by the second, and nodded numbly, not trusting her voice. Shego slipped away, but secretly let her fingers glide onto Kim's back that sent shivers down her spine. The green woman thought about how much fun it was to tease Kim and see her turn brighter than a tomato.

When Shego had finally disappeared into the kitchen, Monique noticed her friend was frozen at the spot. "Hey GF? You okay?" She asked, waving her hand in front of the hero's face.

Kim snapped out of her daze and squeaked with another nod, "Y-yeah." You are so going to pay for that Shego.
